Every service shows its rate per 1,000 units. You pay from your account balance, only for what you order. No subscriptions.
Services marked with a refill window (for example "R30" for 30 days) can be refilled from your orders page if the count drops inside that window. Press Refill on the order and the request is processed automatically. No-refill services cost less for exactly this reason.
If part of an order cannot be delivered, the order is marked Partial and the undelivered remainder is refunded to your balance automatically.
The Cancel button sends a cancellation request. Orders that have already started may complete before the request applies, so cancel early if you change your mind.

An SMM panel is an ordering dashboard for social media engagement services: followers, likes, views, members and similar metrics, sold at wholesale prices. Resellers and agencies use panels to fulfil client orders; creators and businesses use them to raise the numbers on their own pages. You pick a service, submit a link and a quantity, and the system delivers to that link.
It depends on the service. Each listing shows an average completion time based on recent orders. Fully automated services usually start within minutes; services with manual steps take longer. If your order has not started after a few hours, open a ticket with the order ID.
Refill applies to services that state a refill window in their name or description. If the delivered count drops inside that window, press Refill on the order and the difference is restored. Drops after the window, or on no-refill services, are not covered.
Partial means part of your order could not be delivered, so we refunded the rest. Example: you order 10,000 units for $10, we deliver 9,000, the order is marked Partial and $1 returns to your balance automatically.
We accept credit cards and several other methods. The full list appears on your Add Funds page after registration, and availability can vary by country. If a method you need is missing, contact support.

Compare three things: speed, refill window and price. A cheaper service usually means slower delivery, no refill, or both. For client work, prioritize refill terms. For a one-time push where stability matters less, the cheapest option is usually fine.
