AUTO-SM is an SMM panel where resellers, agencies and creators worldwide order social media services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify and 25+ other platforms, all from one dashboard.
Every service shows its price, minimum, maximum and refill terms before you order, and the system processes orders automatically around the clock.
Create a free account, add funds with the payment method that suits you, and place your first order in minutes.
Each service comes in several versions that differ by speed, targeting and refill window. The differences are written in the service name and description, so you can choose stability or the lowest price depending on the job.
Followers, likes, video and reel views, story views, comments, saves and shares. Follower services list their refill window; view and like services are the fastest to start.
Followers, video views, likes, shares, saves and live viewers. View services usually begin within minutes; follower services state what is covered if counts drop.
Views, watch time hours, subscribers, likes and comments. Watch time and subscriber services list their speed per day, so you can plan your timeline with real numbers instead of guessing.
Channel and group members, post views for a single post or your recent posts, reactions and shares. Member services state their targeting (worldwide or by country and language) before you order.
Page followers, post likes and reactions, video and live views, group members and shares.
Followers, likes, views, reposts and comments for posts and profiles.
Plays, followers, saves, playlist adds and monthly listeners for Spotify, plus services for SoundCloud, Audiomack and Deezer.
AUTO-SM also lists services for Discord, Twitch, Snapchat, Reddit and more. The full catalog is on the services page.
Our rules are short and written down, so you know the outcome before you spend:
Every service shows its rate per 1,000 units. You pay from your account balance, only for what you order. No subscriptions.
Services marked with a refill window (for example "R30" for 30 days) can be refilled from your orders page if the count drops inside that window. Press Refill on the order and the request is processed automatically. No-refill services cost less for exactly this reason.
If part of an order cannot be delivered, the order is marked Partial and the undelivered remainder is refunded to your balance automatically.
The Cancel button sends a cancellation request. Orders that have already started may complete before the request applies, so cancel early if you change your mind.
AUTO-SM also works as an SMM panel provider: if you run your own SMM reseller panel, store or agency, you can source every service here through the API at panel rates.
For anything about a specific order, open a ticket from inside your account; the agent sees the order directly, which makes refill and refund requests faster. For general questions, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram via the contact page, or email support@auto-sm.com.
Short answers to the questions buyers actually ask before ordering. More operational details (order statuses, tickets, buttons) are on our FAQ page.
An SMM panel is an ordering dashboard for social media engagement services: followers, likes, views, members and similar metrics, sold at wholesale prices. Resellers and agencies use panels to fulfil client orders; creators and businesses use them to raise the numbers on their own pages. You pick a service, submit a link and a quantity, and the system delivers to that link.
It depends on the service. Each listing shows an average completion time based on recent orders. Fully automated services usually start within minutes; services with manual steps take longer. If your order has not started after a few hours, open a ticket with the order ID.
Refill applies to services that state a refill window in their name or description. If the delivered count drops inside that window, press Refill on the order and the difference is restored. Drops after the window, or on no-refill services, are not covered.
Partial means part of your order could not be delivered, so we refunded the rest. Example: you order 10,000 units for $10, we deliver 9,000, the order is marked Partial and $1 returns to your balance automatically.
We accept credit cards and several other methods. The full list appears on your Add Funds page after registration, and availability can vary by country. If a method you need is missing, contact support.
Each service has its own minimum and maximum, shown on the order form before you confirm.
Yes. The API covers the service list, placing orders (including mass and drip-feed), order status and balance.
Compare three things: speed, refill window and price. A cheaper service usually means slower delivery, no refill, or both. For client work, prioritize refill terms. For a one-time push where stability matters less, the cheapest option is usually fine.
Most platforms list several versions of the same service, and the cheapest one is not always the right one. Three things decide the outcome, and every AUTO-SM listing shows all three before you order.
How fast the order starts and how many units arrive per day. Fully automated services usually begin within minutes; a higher start speed costs a little more but matters when a post is time-sensitive. Each listing shows an average completion time from recent orders, not a marketing promise.
Whether drops are covered, and for how long. A service marked R30 restores lost counts for 30 days; a no-refill service does not, which is exactly why it is cheaper. For client work, the refill window is the line that protects you when a platform sweeps.
The rate you actually compare across panels. A lower price almost always means slower delivery, no refill, or both, so read the price next to the other two columns rather than on its own. The lowest number is only the best deal if its speed and refill match what the job needs.
The short rule: for a one-time push where stability matters less, the cheapest option is usually fine. For anything you are billing a client for, pay slightly more for a refill window and a tested start speed.
First-time buyers are often unsure what a status means or whether something has gone wrong. Here is the full set in plain language, so nothing on your orders page is a surprise.
The order is received and queued. It has not started yet, which is normal in the first minutes after ordering.
Delivery has begun. The count moves toward your target from here; larger orders take longer to finish.
The full quantity was delivered. The start count is recorded on the order, so you can verify exactly what arrived.
Part of the order could not be delivered, and the undelivered remainder was refunded to your balance automatically. Order 10,000 units for $10, receive 9,000, and $1 returns to your balance.
The order was stopped before delivery and the amount returned to your balance. Orders already in progress may finish before a cancel request applies, so cancel early if you change your mind.
You pressed Refill on an eligible order inside its window. The request is processed automatically and the lost count is restored.
Honest expectations save you money, so here is the straight version that most panels leave out.
A panel raises visible metrics quickly and affordably: follower counts, views, likes, members and engagement that make a page look established and give new visitors a reason to take it seriously. For launching a profile, warming up a new account, or fulfilling client orders at wholesale cost, it is the fastest lever available.
No panel can guarantee permanent numbers, force a platform's algorithm to promote you, or turn bought metrics into loyal customers on their own. Counts can drop, which is why refill windows exist, and engagement works best alongside real content rather than instead of it. Anyone promising guaranteed, permanent, risk-free results is overselling.
AUTO-SM is built around that honesty: clear refill terms instead of empty guarantees, prices and limits shown before you pay, and small test orders encouraged so you judge a service on your own results before scaling.
Buyers order from AUTO-SM in every region, and each country page lists the local currency and the payment methods that actually work there, so you are not guessing at checkout. In Asia there are dedicated pages for India, where you can pay in rupees by UPI, alongside Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Cambodia.
Across the Americas and Europe, buyers use the USA and UK pages, the Brazil page with Pix in reais and the Mexico page in pesos, plus local pages for Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia and Turkey. In the Middle East and North Africa there are pages for Morocco, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with Arabic support and regional payment options.
